interesting theme helpful staff central location
I appreciated the interesting theme of the hotel! the staff were all helpful. the decor was beautiful throughout. I would definitely consider staying again. the location was very convenient for exploring shops and restaurants. i liked that it was a central location.
the room i booked did not include wardrobes and limited space to place a large suitcase.

The staff were very helpful. I really appreciated the location, in the heart of the action. The Brit Pop vibe was very quirky (I especially liked the decor!).
My room was quite small. There were many events. This meant much noise until the early hours. The lift was also out of order, inconvenient.

The room I booked was rather small, and there wasn't a wardrobe. I struggled to find space even for my suitcase. During check-in, staff suggested an upgrade, as the room could be too small for a comfortable stay. This should have been communicated earlier. I did upgrade, but it cost an extra fee. I wasn't prepared for this extra cost.

I liked that the location was excellent. i also found the staff helpful and always smiling. They seemed willing to assist with anything.
the room i booked lacked space for a large suitcase. i found this inconvenient for a longer stay, as there was no wardrobe available.

rooftop hot tub central location furnished room small bathroom faulty air conditioning missing water
the rooftop hot tub provided a relaxing start to the day. the location was central and convenient for exploring a lovely area. the individually furnished rooms added a unique touch.
The bathroom felt very small. It was hard to move around the door to reach the toilet. the air conditioning did not work effectively, so the room was too warm. i found it strange that no complimentary water was provided, especially given the price.
